I used to be a long time customer of Paula’s Choice (since 2011) but I will never order from them again. I placed an order on 5/11. I understand that with COVID, there are significant delays. However, I have still not received my order as of 6/4. What is most frustrating is their lack of customer support. They can continue to send out marketing emails about their products (Trust me, I’ve since routed everything to junk) but lack call or email support for their customers. I’d return/cancel my order but provided how this experience is going, I just want to be done with this company. Plus I have to wait to actually receive the order to cancel it, which at this rate will probably not happen.
