I have been waiting for my package for a month and finally received it, however, there were items missing from the package. I tried to call the customer service, no one ever answers because they are "experiencing overwhelming calls". but according to other reviews, it does not look like they are helping any other customers either.I then tried to email them, I only got an automatic response email. To my conclusion, there are no ways to get in touch with their customer service if your order goes wrong. Paula's Choice makes fantastic products, but you are better off buying their products from other platforms rather than purchasing directly from their own website.Replacement was sent out after I post my original review.
