Ordered 50 pigs ear dog treats on the 29/01 received message stating delivery was by the 31st. I messaged Paws Paradise on the 02/02 enquiring where was my delivery, as it didn’t arrive, 2 days later after another message, I received a reply saying DHL had lost it, but they were looking for it, if they don’t find it then a replacement would be sent later in the week? I checked with DHL tracking and it says order raised, waiting to receive! I contacted DHL who basically said they hadn’t received it. Paws Paradise eventually after me asking for a refund on no less than three occasions, finally refunded me. Companies just don’t seem to care nowadays.
