I ordered 100 pigs ears

I ordered 100 pigs ears. On the anticipated delivery day their delivery agent DPD sent an email claiming the order was delivered and received by Steven (myself) and a photo showing it on my doorstep; it was not my doorstep in the photo. I sent Paws Paradise a polite email, accompanied with the photo from DPD, and also a photo of my own doorstep as proof of none delivery and request they contact DPD to find the parcel and re-deliver to my address.A very curt email reply from Lisa at Paws Paradise read – “Parcel was delivered here please collect as dpd will not” it had an attachment with a pointer (no house number) of the location of drop off.The email telling me to find the parcel myself is totally out of order. I replied to Lisa to give the opportunity to resolve the issue before I started a claim procedure. Ordered 50 pigs ear dog treats on the…

Ordered 50 pigs ear dog treats on the 29/01 received message stating delivery was by the 31st. I messaged Paws Paradise on the 02/02 enquiring where was my delivery, as it didn’t arrive, 2 days later after another message, I received a reply saying DHL had lost it, but they were looking for it, if they don’t find it then a replacement would be sent later in the week? I checked with DHL tracking and it says order raised, waiting to receive! I contacted DHL who basically said they hadn’t received it. Paws Paradise eventually after me asking for a refund on no less than three occasions, finally refunded me. Companies just don’t seem to care nowadays.

Dogs are very happy with their hooves and tracheas. I paid for standard delivery but it came the next day! Will order again.

Hairy Rabbit Ears - Brill

Ordered 2kg Hairy Rabbits Ears from their ebay shop. Great price, great ears. Often some rabbit ears are small but these are a great size and my dogs love them. Delivered within 48hrs of placing order. Can’t fault.

Beware of this seller. I ordered 5k of mealworms. Weighed the bag and found it to 4.5k. Contacted them and told what has happened. Their response was to place another order and add a note to the order regarding the 500k mistake and they would presumably sent 5.5k. The so called customer service is obsolete- nil - they don’t even respond when Amazon email them. Rubbish seller. I should have read the reviews of this seller before I ordered from them as there are reports of underweight items being sent out.They don’t deserve even one star but I can’t give any less on Trust Pilot

Cancelled my order

Cancelled my order. No explanation, no response to my communications. Zero customer service. Obviously if a postcode does not suit their delivery process they just cancel order. Very poor.

Usually the pork rolls are good and…

Usually the pork rolls are good and acceptable and they do have a natural odour but on this occasion despite keeping them outside to hopefully take of the rancid smell I put them straight in a bin bag after 3 days and put straight into the bin which is a shame and a complete waste of money, emailed company regarding the smell of the product but no response.

Advertised as human grade succulent sausages what a joke , they arrived loose in an old squeaky toy box , were rock hard nothing to say what they were made of the brand or contents , they smelt very odd , total false advertising AVOID at all costs
