Regardless of what type of business people are in, I strongly believe that it is a great employee that makes the difference. My experience with PayKings was excellent from beginning to end. Kara Redford is my rep and she did a fantastic and very professional job getting me through the process of securing a merchant. She was extremely helpful in answering my questions and being a liaison between myself and the underwriter. She responded quickly to all my emails, and there were plenty and I believe she is the reason why PayKings/Zen Payments approved my application to use them as a "High Risk" merchant. I also want to thank the underwriting department for working with me to get my application across the finish line.
