Regardless of what type of business people are in, I strongly believe that it is a great employee that makes the difference. My experience with PayKings was excellent from beginning to end. Kara Redford is my rep and she did a fantastic and very professional job getting me through the process of securing a merchant. She was extremely helpful in answering my questions and being a liaison between myself and the underwriter. She responded quickly to all my emails, and there were plenty and I believe she is the reason why PayKings/Zen Payments approved my application to use them as a "High Risk" merchant. I also want to thank the underwriting department for working with me to get my application across the finish line. There were some high hurdles but together we worked through all of them and in the end, SUCCESS!!!!! Thank you PayKings, Thank you Kara!! My sincere thank you!!!!
