I was a bit disappointed. The confirmation of order came through from jordan@peaceinthewild etc - as if it was a person. I responded to the confirmation email (short time space - order placed about 11 pm., my response sent about 6.00 a.m. next morning) requesting that I add an item to the order - I didn't want to put a separate order in and incur postage charges as I'd spent enough get free postage - £50+. But there was no response. The next email from jordan@... etc was informing me that the order had been processed. I think it's a bit misleading. If it's all automated then don't present it as if it's a person confirming your order. This undermines my trust. I have done similar with Yogamad website and they responded and accommodated my indecision! I also then got a promotional email saying if I spent a further £65 I could have a 'free' gift - which ironically was the very item that I had told them I wanted to add to my original order.
