My review is strictly for the customer service and R&D teams. I have been waiting for OVER 2 MONTHS for a response to a product inquiry that I submitted through the Peach & Lily website. The customer service team said that due to the technical nature of the question, they could not answer it and forwarded the question to their R&D team. Weeks went by and NO FOLLOW UP WHATSOEVER from the customer service team. No one reached out to check in with me or to provide me with an update - absolutely zero contact from them. Instead, I was the one who initiated all follow ups. Overall, very poor customer service and response time. Does Peach & Lily think that waiting over 2 months for a response to a simple question is an acceptable customer experience? I am leaving this honest review of my negative experience to inform others, but to also get the attention of the brand's upper management because my request to reach the R&D team or even a supervisor went nowhere when I asked the customer service team. So disappointed with my experience; it makes me no longer want to purchase their products. Their lack of response and follow up made me feel like they don't care about their customers.
