When the Brand Image Doesn’t Match the Reality

I’ve been a loyal customer of Peach & Lily for over a year, but my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. I’ve reached out to their customer service multiple times — most of those emails were completely ignored.Most recently, I escalated a product issue directly to several channels. It’s now been weeks, and I’ve received no response from anyone.The branding may be beautiful, but a brand is defined by how it treats its customers — especially when approached with respect. Silence speaks volumes.

I have reached out multiple times via email to confirm an invoice, but unfortunately, I have received no response. Despite following up several times, their customer service team has not acknowledged or addressed my request.As a customer, I expect at least a basic level of communication, especially when dealing with important matters like invoice confirmation. Lack of responsiveness can be frustrating and raises concerns about the reliability of their support.I hope Peach & Lily improves their customer service and ensures timely responses to customer inquiries. Until then, I can't recommend them based on my experience.

The worst customer service I’ve ever…

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Actually I realize that peach and lily does not have customer at all. They only have a dummy customer service email address that they will never reply to. This ought to be illegal. I’ve received product that was opened and used. And I’ve reached out to them several other times for help regarding orders and to no avail. They should be banned from being allowed to operate if they do not have real customer service.

Terrible Customer Service & Response Time

My review is strictly for the customer service and R&D teams. I have been waiting for OVER 2 MONTHS for a response to a product inquiry that I submitted through the Peach & Lily website. The customer service team said that due to the technical nature of the question, they could not answer it and forwarded the question to their R&D team. Weeks went by and NO FOLLOW UP WHATSOEVER from the customer service team. No one reached out to check in with me or to provide me with an update - absolutely zero contact from them. Instead, I was the one who initiated all follow ups. Overall, very poor customer service and response time. Does Peach & Lily think that waiting over 2 months for a response to a simple question is an acceptable customer experience? I am leaving this honest review of my negative experience to inform others, but to also get the attention of the brand's upper management because my request to reach the R&D team or even a supervisor went nowhere when I asked the customer service team. So disappointed with my experience; it makes me no longer want to purchase their products. Their lack of response and follow up made me feel like they don't care about their customers.

The best skincare brand

I’m in the UK and I order from Peach and Lily because their products are the only ones that have truly helped my skin, every product is fantastic. The delivery is super quick as well, even though I’m ordering from overseas, my package is always dispatched and arrives in 5 days.

Satisfying customer service

I recently ordered from their site for Black Friday, and I am very happy with how quickly the products were shipped. They were well packaged, so nothing leaked or broke during transit. I did end up having one incorrect item (same brand/product type, different formulation, so easy mistake). I reached out to customer service to let them know, not really expecting anything since I can still use the product in my routine. They responded that they’re sending the correct item in the mail. The response was within 12 hours of my email, and really unexpected since I’m sure they’re busy with Black Friday sales still. I will buy from them again, because not only are the products good, but that level of care makes me confident that if I did have a serious issue they would help me.
