My delivery is stuck in the “parcel processed at … Sorting Center” since Oct 3. I tried to contact customer service but I haven’t had a response in days even tho on the site it says that they’ll answer you within 24 hours (I’ve sent the email like 4/5 days ago)Update: they won’t answer me in any app, I’ve tried to contact them on WhatsApp and Gmail and they won’t answer. I’ve wasted 30€ for something that I won’t even receive. DO NOT BUY FROM THAT STORE ITS A SCAM!!!
