Review Time
I ordered from pearlsvibe twice and as promised - they delivered. Good quality toys, durable and easy to maintain. After the first time when I wanted something new - pearlsvibe was my go-to. I actually noticed this site on instagram and instantly got interested. Soon enough I had a toy of my own and was super happy with what came in the mail. It's been well over a year with my rose toy and it's still the best one I own.
This shopping experience convinced me that this website is worthy of long-term trust! They attach great importance to customer feedback. Some of the products I purchased did not meet my expectations, so I left a review suggestion. Unexpectedly, the customer service emailed me the next day - she not only gave me one-on-one guidance on how to improve the use, but also helped me to give a certain discount on another order! This user-centric service attitude made me lock on this platform from then on.
Product received was not as advertised - was missing parts for intended use. Pearlsvibe did not take any responsibility by sending missing pieces. Their responses to my requests were pure nonsense & did not address the situation. Although I eventually received a 10% discount, the item as shipped was useless.
My delivery is stuck in the “parcel processed at … Sorting Center” since Oct 3. I tried to contact customer service but I haven’t had a response in days even tho on the site it says that they’ll answer you within 24 hours (I’ve sent the email like 4/5 days ago)Update: they won’t answer me in any app, I’ve tried to contact them on WhatsApp and Gmail and they won’t answer. I’ve wasted 30€ for something that I won’t even receive. DO NOT BUY FROM THAT STORE ITS A SCAM!!!
There was a problem with 2 of the items ordered. After emailing the customer service team we agreed to a replacement of one of the items completely and a replacement part for the other item. Both replacements came and corrected all of my issues with the functionality of the products.
Customer service is excellent. There was an issue with the address I provided. It was my mistake. They contacted me and kept me up to date and solved the issue. They sold the package twice for free as it went back the first time. They did their outmost to make sure I receive my order and they were very polite. They always reply within a couple of hours. They also offered to refund me, if delivery failed again. All worked fine at the end.The package is a descrete white parcel. No one will see from which online shop you ordered. The product itself is of excellent quality as well.
I've seen the brush of this store on social media and decided to try it. When I received the package, it was discreet and I liked the box of it pretty much. The brush is soooo soft and you can really use it like a real makeup brush. I mean it. And it is a powerful vibrator that is worthy of your every investment.
Please please please don't order these products. Like the other reviews say "not fit for purpose " and won't fit a European male nor will it have the power in the motor to do its thing. We purchased the most expensive items they had .... the Aircraft, thinking it was great but it was a complete anticlimax. Ours was broken after a couple of hours and customer service is disgraceful. Its a bot! And keeps asking you circular questions and you get nowhere. Don't waste your money the products design and functionality is dirt and you will be so disappointed. The only thing these guys have to offer is a flashy website..... its a total scam scam scam scam.
After a while of complaining, they said they would reimburse me everything but to send it from Toronto to China is $200. They don’t even have a return label for that product or amount of money that we spend on this stuff.
