I ordered almost $200 worth of stuff from this website for Christmas. They shipped half of it on one date then shipped the other half on another date. One of the shipments was damaged during transportation so they offered to replace it. Which they did. However, I was supposed to pick it up and it was shipped back. When I called them about this, and told them it was shipped back for some reason beyond my control they just basically told me to give up and they were going to refund my money for the second half of the order. Not only that but the guy on the phone acted like this was my fault saying "we sent this to you twice and you failed to get it" when both times I had nothing to do with the horrible handling of my order. Do not order anything from these people. Especially not for Christmas.
