What an appalling charity. Me and my disabled friend really wanted a cat. She fell in love. We asked the foster family if we could possibly wait a week as we have guests staying and didn't want to scare the cat right away. The foster family said this wouldnt be a problem. We had spoken to here a couple of times getting all the info on the cat. I got an email from Perth rescue angels stating this is not the rules and here is your refund. No call telling us we can't ....just a no and here is your refund?. If we had know this we would of definitely made arrangements to collect the cat Both the manager and foster care person really don't seem to care about the animals they look after. I really would not use this charity as you may end up with a child or older person broken hearted.
