I had a very bad experience fostering and adopting a cat from Perth Rescue Angels and would definitely not recommend them to anyone based on my experience. Go to the RSPCA or The Cat Haven if you wish to foster or adopt as they have much tighter protocols and are more reputable in my opinion.
