I ordered 15 packages of Dingo Goof Balls from Petguys. The Red part of the rawhide that is attached to the hollow ball was not adhered but actually loose. My dog likes to chew this part off but wasn't able to and therefore would not eat her favorite treats. The bags are see through and I could see that all were defective. I have ordered these from other compete tiers for years and never had an issue. Customer service told me I would have to return all bags for refund at my expense. The shipping cost me $28.10 due to the size of the box, the weight and distance it had to travel. Petguys does not refund shipping even when the product they sell is defective. They refunded me but actually deducted from my refund for the one opened bag!!!! I do not feel they stand behind the products they sell. This was a horrible and costly experience I hope no one else has to go through.
