I would have given them a 5 purely because the staff are really good.however check your estimates first at the end of the day they play on the fact you love your pet.I got an estimate of 600 so I questioned it and included in the estimate were items not applicable for example my pet is less than 6yrs old,less than 20kg.In the end the bill was 300 but if I hadn’t have questioned this then I would have paid the original amount because I love my pet!So beware and double check
