I will try and keep this as unbiased as possible. Firstly they are not the cheapest - .Their reminders for pet plan services are not good, lucky if I get an email for flea/ worm treatment and yearly injections -They are modern and clinically clean +Open 7 days a week, they understand 9-5 lots of people work. +The vets are very diplomatic and clear with their treatments. +Our 14 month kitten had to be put to sleep today our Vet (Laura?) was very honest with her opinion, she did offer to keep him in but explained it was not hopeful and would be extremely expensive. Honesty + not just money grabbing at a time of despair +The whole experience although upsetting was very professional. +At all times I felt I understood the options and advice+It must be hard for a vet to see how upset the owners are and have no connection to the animal being treated. It’s just a cat/dog/ect for everyone else. But Laura? Was very understanding+Yes I would recommend the pet vet Doncaster****. Thank you
