Excellent customer support

I had a defective battery case for a Petzl head torch. The battery in the case was fine, but once placed in the case, would not power the head torch. A replacement case and battery is £50. My head torch was out of warranty, but I contacted Petzl after sales support asking if I could buy just the case on it's own. The said the case was out of production, but they did have a used fully functional case in the office and would send it out to me, free of charge. Obviously they can't do this for everyone, but I thought it was worth commending such good customer service.
