I asked them where I can get clips for accessories to helmet because I couldn't found them nowhere and They send to me.I will definatelly buy more stuff from them.Quality of product very good. Friends convince me to Petzl.Thanks to Peczi ( sry if I write wrong name that I read on letter). You deserve for pay rise. Keep good relations with clients.

Purchased a petzl superavanti caving…

Purchased a petzl superavanti caving harness, was later informed about the clips petzl have released to tackle the leg straps coming loose, contacted petzl to purchase some and they sent some out free of charge, excellent customer service

Excellent customer support

I had a defective battery case for a Petzl head torch. The battery in the case was fine, but once placed in the case, would not power the head torch. A replacement case and battery is £50. My head torch was out of warranty, but I contacted Petzl after sales support asking if I could buy just the case on it's own. The said the case was out of production, but they did have a used fully functional case in the office and would send it out to me, free of charge. Obviously they can't do this for everyone, but I thought it was worth commending such good customer service.

We really like Petzl head torches and we’ve owned several over the years……

…..But is it possible Petzl have become complacent? A little lazy?We were looking for a really rugged head torch (2 actually) - the Nao RL is decidedly NOT - and the Swift RL, although much better, isn’t either. Both are excellent designs, but there is no armour, no figure at all for dust ingress, and a respectable, but not impressive water resistance.If you want those things you have to look at the more expensive end of the range. Up on £200 or more.Other companies are offering very powerful alternatives (1500 - 2000 lumens), armoured, flexible, fully water and dust proof (ip68), with fully adjustable beams (narrow to wide) and highly efficient versions of Reactive lighting technology for much, much less than Petzl’s offerings.I am referring to Led Lenser products, and specifically the HF8R core and Signature models, but they aren’t the only alternatives.If Petzl isn’t very careful it will fall fatally behind like Canon and Nikon have in photography, and for the same reasons.At the moment Petzl is protected by two things that can vanish in a puff of smoke: Brand recognition and secondly the fact that if you run a web search not only does Petzl crowd everything else out, but in order to find LED Lenser you have to know they exist; A casual searcher likely will never even know they are out there.

Amazing customer service

My head lamp broke & was out of warranty, not only did Petzl send me a new one free of charge but they (Naomi) also returned the battery from my previous lamp so I could have a spare. Brilliant customer service :)Very quick to respond too.

Super costumer support i must say. Had a headlamp that broke. I was out of warranty but costumer support offer me a brand new one. Somthing you never see any more.. or wel, almost never.😃 Best regards Martin

Replaced old Headtorch Headband after 11 years FREE

Used Petzl products for 30 years and always last. Recently my Nao Headtorch band finally needed replacing after 11 years of daily use, and called Tech Support about buying a new one. New one sent out, same day, FREE. Outstanding! What else can you say - you pay for their kit, but it lasts and customer service is always superb.

Excellent customer service resolving faulty item

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a head torch after the batteries leaked inside it, despite not purchasing the torch directly through petzl they were so fast in helping me to get the torch fixed and the problem resolved. The customer service from Naomi Taylor was above and beyond
