Absolutely dreadful after sales service..bought a petzl 8 months but it has been flickering on and off and not lighting on highest setting every since I had it..contacted Petzl under warranty and they are forcing ME to pay return postage for it or be inspected..it is a £44 head torch for god sake..just damn well send me a replacement at your expense Petzl. What is wrong with you???
