In April this year I returned my much-loved Petzl ACTIK headlamp under its five year guarantee. The on/off button had become compressed and the rubber was torn and perishing. Petzl’s customer service was absolutely fantastic. I was updated by email, with a technician’s report and photo, and the headlamp was returned fixed and looking as good as new - within a week. I want to give a special mention to Naomi from Petzl’s After Sales Service. She put a personal note in with my headlamp advising that she’d noticed my strap was looking worn, so had replaced this too. A brilliant, shining example of fantastic customer care!
