We used them because the estate agents had them as a recommend solicitor and said to keep it in house. You have to do most of the initial work yourself and upload on Hoowla. Anyone who is not computer literate would find this a challenge.Never had any dealings with my solicitor not even an introduction. Only spoke to legal assistant. It became apparent that they did not understand leasehold properties very well and would just try and cover anything with indemnity policies (which were expensive). I did more research and I did not have to take out the 3 policies that they were requesting.I felt that there was a lack of communication and I was always chasing and finding solutions/answers to issues that came up. I would not use again.
