I have been a customer for a couple of years and am very pleased with the value of the products and speed of delivery. In addition, the customer service is outstanding. I ordered a number of 7cm pots but realised the next day that I would also need some 11cm pots. I placed a separate order online and left a message asking whether this could be added to the existing order to save on postage costs. Jamie Paul, the MD, sent me an email saying that he had managed to pull the order from the Royal Mail collection, add in the extra pots and give me a refund of postage within no time at all. Marvellous.
