Seller did not hold the stock stated on their site and instead of informing me, refunded the item and sent an incomplete order. They did not inform me before sending my order,and so I was unable to substitute the missing item with or cancel my order.I also paid for express delivery from Plant Pots Direct.I had to reorder the seeds I needed from a different company, and therefore ended up with a delay and had to pay another p&p fee.I sent 2 polite emails to them and left a voicemail message - no replies and ZERO communication from them. Shoddy customer service.
