Disappointing Experience at Preto Queensway – Not Worth the Hype or the PriceWe visited Preto Queensway on Saturday as a group of mums with our children, celebrating Eid. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing from start to finish.Firstly, the service was extremely slow. Despite it being a rodĂzio-style restaurant, we weren’t able to try all the meats, which defeats the purpose of going to such a place. The food was also not something that can reasonably be enjoyed within a short time. To our surprise, we were approached by a waitress who told us to speed up and leave because the table was booked for someone else. The way this was communicated was quite rude and unprofessional, especially given the occasion we were celebrating.On top of that, the bill was confusing and inaccurate. I ended up being charged for items I didn’t even have. Thankfully, I checked the bill carefully and raised the issue before my friend paid, but it created unnecessary stress and confusion.For the price we paid, the quality of service and overall experience were simply not worth it. Sadly, we left feeling rushed, unwelcome, and disappointed. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location to others, especially for group celebrations.
