I didn’t know I could make a review about them in Trust Pilot too. Now that I figured it out, I really want to share our experience back to December 2021, and nobody falls on the same as we did. We went to Preto West End London to eat a “traditional Brazilian food”, and we asked for the vegetarian menu. First of all: if you can’t give a decent food and service, don’t offer. For people who eat “all you can eat, including red meat”, they can be easily “entertained” with the meats that come and go all the time. If you ask for the vegetarian, you need to wait for them to bring you the plates. Look, if you sell vegetarian menu, and YOU KNOW, the people will not have “the meat entertainment”, why in this Earth do you take 30 minutes? You read well, I’m not exaggerating: 30 MINUTES to bring the plates while all the restaurant was already eating, even people who arrived later than you? The waitress told us all the plates were for two people, than we asked one of each. If at least the foods worthwhile… but no. Nothing. I’ll gonna tell you about all the craps they brought us, one by one: the beans, no taste at all, no garlic, like the Brazilians do. And completely watering, I found difficult to find the beans, to be honest. Rice: no taste at all, no garlic, no seasoning. Farofa: crap. They just put the cassava flour there with nothing else. Usually Brazilians use eggs, garlic, onions, butter to prepare it (or even bacon, sausage, when is not vegetarian), but theirs, was just the flour. Plus, remember the waitress told they were for two people? A portion barely was for one child (and we thought: even IF were good, and we asked more, will take half an hour to arrive), vinagrete: super acid, with the portion, the same as the farofa. Spring beans: ok, with garlic enough like Brazilians do, but full of oil. We ate there the oil allowed for a week. The sweet potato: old, were there for 3 days minimum, we couldn’t eat half of this. The pão de queijo (cheese bread), hard (if your teeth were not good enough, you could lose some eating it), no taste of cheese at all. In Brazil there’s a branch cheap and bad called “Duduxo”. Man, Duduxo it’s better than this. Cheese bread must be done at the time, cause it becomes a bit tough after few hours, and you can’t heat again, plus, you need to include cheese, otherwise just taste like the starch included in it. The cassava fried, was fried hours before, cause was really hard to eat. For two remember? Came 3 cassavas, thanks God, cause was really bad.And now, the best, the bombshell. The best of the best: the french fries. We asked one portion (and came a shamed portion, so we asked one more). And wait! Do you know what the waitress told us??? If you are standing up, please, sit down. “the french fries finished”. Hahahahhahah. Finished, man. I don’t believe. What steakhouse finishes the french fries? What kind of manager is this??? Any decent one would go even to Tesco close by and purchase it in emergency (as they don’t know how to buy with their supplier), I’ve seen this kind of situation, walking once in a street and a guy from an Libanese restaurant, buying eggs on Tesco and entering in the restaurant, for sure it was finished, but they had the decency to buy in the supermarket close by.Do you know what was good? Nothing. Nothing saved. The service? A part from one lady who said: “I’ll check by myself in the kitchen what’s going on cause your food didn’t arrive”, all of them ignored us, with funeral faces, and charged us the 12,5% service. What they didn’t deserve at all.Are you joking you sell Brazilian cousine? Hahahaahahha. It’s for people who eat anything, without appreciate the taste, like “everything is good”, but not even the dirtiest self service restaurant in Brazil serve crap food like you do. More than 50 pounds paid, and I’ve had the impression, I just crumpled my money and throw out directly in the trash can. If the manager answer this, will come with the poker face to say: “sorry by your bad experience, we make sure to make all the clients happy, bla bla bla”. All BS. Don’t fall for that. Avoid this place at all cost. If you’re in the walking dead, starving, maybe you can eat there, if it’s the only option.
