I don't understand how this place can have a rating of so many stars. This place has terrible customer support. I was waiting for a couple of days for an email with a reply. As for my last email, I've actually never got a response. I placed an order for an item in stock (lead time) according to the prolighting website, tho I was waiting for three weeks before it was shipped. The restock fee is a ripoff! I purchase the wrong position light bulb due to a confusing description on the website. I realized my mistake when I got the package. I actually never opened the bulb box. At this point, I need to pay for a delivery, which is ok, I guess, and 25% restock fee! It's not worth sending it back because the refund goes towards $0.I will never order anything from this place again and will not recommend this place to my friends.
