I needed a replacement switch for my BBQ lamp. The only disappointment was buying a switch that costs $10 and then another $10 for Shipping/Handling. But, since the lamp was so expensive, I felt it was worth it. ($10 is the minimum shipping charge).
When I changed the switch, I realized that the o-ring between the lamp and the lamp hood needed to be replaced, and the cost was less than $2 for a new 0-ring. Great, except they won't fulfill an order that is less than $10. I wish I had realized I needed the o-ring when I ordered the switch. (These are red silicone heat resistant o-rings).
I would definitely order from ProLighting again, but would make sure I had everything I needed on the order the first time.
