Ok so maybe I should have read the fine print so people may argue that this is my own stupidity. But I just would like to share my experience. I shopped on this site not knowing you have to be a licensed beautician. So they charged me then later called me for my license #. I didn't have one. So they promised me a full refund. They did refund me, all but $10! What's the $10 for? Nothing was ever processed or shipped. I think that's such crap that they would even charge my card without having a license # first.
