Pure Spa Direct = lifesaver for busy spa girl here. I don't wanna shop 5 places, I just get all the supplies in one swoop. wax, gloves, under eye pads, lotion, all that. Order came in neat boxes, super easy to unpack. No drama, just works every time. I’m sticking with them.
im an esthetician and i been ordering from pure spa for a while now, prob like 5 or 6 times already. always get my stuff fast and packed nice. they got literally everything i need for my studio - wax, gloves, sheets, all that.one time i called cause i ordered the wrong wax (my bad lol) and the girl on the phone helped me fix it right away, super nice. prices are good too, better than most places i used before.i don’t usually write reviews but this site just makes it easy to get what i need. def gonna keep ordering.
We have used Purespa Direct for over 11 years. The selection of products makes it easy for us with over 5 locations and growing. The quality of the merchandise and equipment is a good value and we appreciate the their selections stay up to date with what trending in our industry.
I placed an order with pire spa direct over two months ago and have yet to receive my items. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I’ve received nothing but vague excuses and empty promises. Not only was my order never delivered, but they have also refused to issue a refund.This level of negligence and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to think twice. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere. A company that takes your money and provides neither the product nor a refund should not be trusted.

The customer service was amazing! Christine called about my order and manage to replace it with a more updated design. I didn’t had to pay any additional cost! I’ve been purchasing from this Pure Spa for over 10 years and I’ve always been pleased and satisfied with their products and customer service.
