Buyer beware - their return policy is very strict, even on in-stock items. Be 110% sure that what you're ordering will work for your door application, because in most cases you'll be stuck with it. The reason for not accepting a return on an in-stock deadbolt I ordered is because they don't accept returns on "US3" finishes, which is simply bright brass. (CommercialDoorHardware.com, QualityDoor.com and SargentDoorHardware.com are one in the same). If you have a shred of doubt look elsewhere for what you need with a better return policy, even if it costs more.
