ONLY missing parts were one bolt and two nuts which were easily replaced with a home depot run! The instructions were precise and easy to follow. All the parts and pieces were alphabetically and numerically labeled. I had my carport assembled by two professional frame builders. It took them nearly four hours to get it together which includes the down time for a trip to Home Depot. I am quite pleased with my purchase. I can only assume the roofing is solid because amazingly, I have had not one drop of rain since the structure was erected! If there should be a problem, I feel Quictent will be there for me.
