These are BEAUTIFUL! They are exactly what I was hoping they would be! Although the coasters come very carefully packaged, one of them arrived chipped. I shared a photo of the chipped coaster and they immediately shipped a replacement which arrived in perfect condition. They contacted me right after delivery to ensure the replacement arrived safely and asked if I had anything else they could help with regarding the order.
