Ordered a device and pods on a 30 day guarantee. Products ship from Croatia, so took a while to be delivered but by this time I order something else, so returned without opening. After a week or so received an email saying the company was charging me for the opened pods. I replied everything was sent back as was sent. Company replied they would refund what I paid. This took a week to even get a reply. Be careful, seems the 30 day guarantee is a complete scam!UPDATE 12/4/21I have received reply from Reduit, and would like to just place my first email received from the company below:Dear Andy,We have received your return and upon inspection, we have noticed that you opened two out of the three pods, and the device. We can offer you a refund for the device, as per our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy, as well as for the one unopened pod.In case you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.Best,The RÉDUIT Team As above, the refund WAS NOT offered ‘as soon as the package was inspected, only after I replied to clarify the situation and remind the company of their advertised ‘30 day guarantee’ was the refund offered.
