I noticed this payment taken from my account for £18.00 and like everyone else on here I had not authorised it. I still have no idea what sort of company this is apart from a total scam! Absolute disgrace.

Same here like all above. I actually ticked the cashback box and set up the account but then cancelled said account but they forgot to stop taking the money. Also Amex, so it seems that they are easier to scam than others.

Disgusting, completely duped into a subscription that is incredibly difficult to cancel do not ever sign up for this. I am looking into ways of getting money back. This is an Amex scam I am learning, they get your details on the back of lagitimate online purchases. Scam scam scam scam
