I went to renew my Senior Railcard today. At the end of the process I was offered a discount if I signed up with the Railcard "partner". This had a smell of Webloyalty about it, and I had a run-in with them once before. If I had signed up they would have helped themselves to £15 a month from my bank account. This "partnership" with the Senior Railcard provider is a disgrace. It enables Webloyalty to target the elderly and vulnerable. I cannot understand why the government hasn't acted to shut down Webloyalty.
