Booked a table in the new one in Guildford for 5 people, arrived at the correct time, and was told to go and stand by the bar, which was covered in dirty empty glasses, got shown to our table, and ordered our food, 1 hour 10 minutes later was asked if we had had our starter, which we clearly had not, as our clean plates were in front of us. Our waiter went upstairs to find out where our starters were, we were offered a free round of drinks because of the confusion, chicken satay was burnt, and not breast meat, with very little sauce. We asked would we be waiting long for our main, and then before our starter plates were removed, the main arrived. One taste of my prawn pud thai, which was stone cold, called the waiter over, who asked did we want all 5 mains which were all cold to be re heated.......er prawns no thank you, felt sorry for the staff who informed us the kitchen staff only have 3 woks to cook from. Dont waste your money, for the prices that are charged far better Thais in and around Guildford
