Absolutely appalling customer service!‼️I ordered we an Alpine White car part and when it arrived it was brown...The part that I ordered was in such terrible condition that I had to refuse the delivery. I was told that it “needs a polish”, which the advisor whom I spoke with suggested I should pay for myself. I of course was not happy to have to pay for additional fee to clean a product that I had already purchased, especially when the description stated (falsely) that it was in “good condition”. I just asked for a refund instead of going through the hassle, and however the representative agreed to polish it and send it back to me. 2 weeks later and still hadn’t heard anything back! I had to chase multiple times for an update just told that “it’s only been 2 weeks love” or that “we decided to close on Friday for bank holiday”🙃Again, I asked for a refund as I did not want to deal with the stress anymore. No surprise that the representative whom I spoke to over the phone was again very rude and hostile. 1 minute later I received a call from the owner who said “he’d overheard the call and noticed the agent was very short”, so I proceeded to explain the situation, but he kept cutting me off and making matters worse he had the audacity to say “well we can’t please everyone”. I would not recommend that you waste your money buying parts from this company. Incredibly rude and not worth it!
