With my fiancé being overseas, I wanted to send her something special for Valentine’s Day. The staff was fantastic in allowing me to create a custom order on such short notice. What I had envisioned came to life. To all involved, from the customer service team just sharing my vision with the florist who created the arrangement and the delivery. Everything was better than expected. An order placed in America and delivered in Russia, I could not have created a better arrangement myself.
This was my first time to use this service. My grandchildren live in Spain and I wanted to send them a valentine gift. My basket was delivered on time and just beautiful. I received pictures of candy and fruit basket from my son.I am so excited, I asked that it be delivered on Feb.12th and it was. I will use Russian Flora again.
