By a mistake, I bought something from their website. Cause my phone use shop payment. I tried to cancel it two minutes after no easy way to do that so I needed to text them. I texted an email saying that it was a mistake and I wanted to cancel it here they told me that there cancellation policy has a 7% fee due to unrecoverable transaction and change fees.In 2025 that is some of the baddest customer service to charge for a cancellation of an order.. I would understand if that was a return. But no, they didn’t even print the order out yet.I will never recommend a company to anyone who has that bat of a policy for cancellation.. hope someday this company will learn how important customer service is
