First time buyer from them, took longer than expected but they did say it's because of a defect they were fixing. Fine. Got the saber worked good for about a week, bare in mind j don't use it for dueling it's just for home use, but I noticed there was a dark line I could see in the blade so I sent them an email with photos. Then the hilt wouldn't charge or even turn on. I emailed them they said they would get back in touch within 2 to 5 business days.. it's been 4 days so I'm still waiting....very disappointed. I'm hoping I can an exchange if not a refund to go somewhere else
