I hardly ever write reviews but, in this case, I had to make an exception hopefully someone out there will not have to go through all OF the drama I did! I would provide a zero if they had that category available, I wish I had done more research on this company before purchasing ANY of their item's way back on December 9th, 2020 as a Christmas present for my son. they bill you very quick, just under $300.00 but fail to deliver the product on and/or even near Christmas I waited over 90 days and STILL NO PRODUCT.When researching the company online I find many others who have been victimized exactly as I have an must just get tired of the enormous attempts, we have all made including at least 6 from me alone! it tries to get thus company to show some professionalism and deliver our product without excuses.YOU CANT EVEN VCALL THIS COMAPNMY TO SPEAK YO A LIE VRESONIBLE PERSON, NO THEY WANT YIU TO WRITE AN EMAIL, WHERE OWNER OF SABER-FORGE, YOU AND YOUR PEOPLE TOTALLY SUCK WHEN IT COMES TO COMMUNICATING IN ANY EFFECTIVBE WAY WITH THIS COMPANY FORGET IT, IT'S IMPOSSABLE - I ENDING UP AFTER HAVING TO WAIT FOR FOUR MONTHS FOR MY PRODUCT REVERSING THE CHARGES THROUGH MY CREDIT UNION CREDIT CARD so do yourself a favor and shop SOME PLACE ELSE BECAUSE this company absolutely sucks!!after all teh drama listed above they have the gall to finally write me and make threats that if I dont do something about teh charge back I managed to arrange they won't allow me to purchase any additional products from them and they will cancel my account ?? WHAT WHO GIVES A CRAP ABOUT THAT !!! POINT IS I DONT CARE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT HAS TREATED ME AS THEY HAVE THEY ABSOLUTELY SUCK!!!! even my own credit union indicated they don't know how a company with so many complaints could stay in business
