Contacted Satnav Systems after my A6 MMI developed a fault. Contacted them via the website and received a prompt response and an appointment was made , no charge for the investigation in this instance, parts ordered and changed within a reasonable timeframe (It was Christmas). Had the main board changed today and the maps updated to 2021 spec. I would definitely recommend using them.
