This company must be throwing work away! I filled in the form on their website to enquire about a job, but the form was rejected, saying I hadn't entered the vehicle's chassis number. Yes I had! And I checked it. Next I tried to contact them by phone. There's an automated switchboard, and I selected option 2 "Retail." I got a recorded message repeatedly asking me to enter an extension number, which of course I don't have. I tried again, this time I selected option 1"diagnostics." Same result. I couldn't get to speak to anyone.I don't like to criticise a company I have never used. But I feel they should know there is a problem. Looks like you won't get my business Satnav, but I did try.A high-tech company that can't get it's own technology to work. Doesn't look good!
