The blades are great. But unfortunately the customer services is poor. This is the only time I've had an issue and so reached out to them first to give them a chance to sort it. Unfortunately they didn't sort the issue and I was told blatantly 'there is nothing wrong with the website'. Even when I emailed back with the screenshots to show I was right, I was then ignored.Overview: I was overcharged. Their website messed up and showed me cheaper prices. By showing me cheaper prices also meant I had to add something extra to my basket to take me over the £20 limit so I could use their black Friday code. But when I'd completed the checkout, the total suddenly jumped up by 20%. And the higher amount also came out of my account.Going forward, will I use their website again? No I won't as I don't trust it. It would've been one of those things except the customer service was shocking. So knowing that there is no one you can turn to to correct any issues, I wouldn't use them again. I'll go to another brand for sure.Updated from 2 star to 1 star. They continue to argue with me that the price charged to my card was correct. Regardless of my screenshots as evidence that their website prices were incorrect. I feel like they've called me a liar and stupid! Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Had to go through my bank to file a claim. Thankfully got my money back.
