First, they shipped to the Wrong Place, my home address is in Newcastle, WA, 98059, they told me because my ZIP code is 98059, so they must ship my package to Renton, WA,98059, Only! What great Customer Service, they even can not read my home address in Newcastle, WA, 98059!!! I tried to request a refund, but the customer service phone number not working all the time. So Horrible customer service! This is my Frist time purchasing experience with them, and I believe this is also my last time too! I have enough with them. Do not Trust them at all!
