I put in my order trusting my items will get delivered tomorrow as what they originally said.Now I received an email saying it’s coming Tuesday next week when I need those ingredients on Monday!So what help is it to me by Tuesday???They don’t have any direct lineNot even a chat bot?!? Who do I talk to about this? No return/cancel button.
I've been a loyal Weee! customer for years and have always been happy with the service. However, my last order was a complete disaster. A mistake by the delivery driver resulted in my groceries being left at the wrong house. The photo provided by the driver clearly shows a different address.I tried to retrieve the groceries myself, but the resident at that address only spoke Portuguese, and I couldn't communicate with them. It was a 2-4 week supply of groceries, so this was a major loss for me.I immediately contacted Weee! customer support. I explained the situation and showed them the photo, but they claimed the delivery was correct and refused to issue a refund. I was extremely disappointed by their lack of accountability and unwillingness to help. This experience has completely soured me on the company, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I've only had this app for 20 hours and when I placed an order they CANCELLED it and told me 'unusual activity detected' and to unfreeze my account they need my billing statement/address and proof that I'm the authorised holder of my credit card. I've used this payment method every time I've made an online purchase and it's been successful so I don't know what the problem is here. What a waste of time.
The company has horrible customer service. They told me that since I paid with Apple Pay, they would not refund me back to my credit card. This was dishonest. Not only that but I have received rotten fruit, expired food, and even bread that was smashed and the box opened. In my opinion, it violates food safety
Today was my first time ordering from WEEE my experience was terrible.Not only did the driver not deliver to my door, he left my perishable food in an open lobby. I cannot retrieve the package due to my disability, but even if I could the trust I have has been broken. Do better. When delivering food you should never leave said food in a public lobby unattended, this goes without saying.
I have been shopping with Weee for years .Recently I ordered cherries and paying 11.49 for 1 box. The cherries I received were bad soft and brown. I sent messages 2 times with pictures. It’s been 3 weeks no refund and no response. I felt bad about it . Weee is not the same like before. I will try not to buy anything from here .
I have only ordered twice from SayWeee, but I am very happy with the experience. The delivery has been on time or early. The foods ordered were VERY fresh and delicious, so close to the food I ate while in Korea! I will definitely continue to use SayWeee for my Korean foods.
