[Update 01.2024]Since my original review, I've been using Weee! very regularly, and it seems that they have added more shipping locations across the U.S. For dry items, I get them in 3-5 days. For wet/cold pack orders, I get them in either 1 or 2 days during the weekdays. The cold pack items have always arrived with ice packs still frozen solid. In particular, the veggies have all been phenomenal. Even the perilla leaves arrive with zero damage -- impressive! The only thing that I don't get is why they don't offer the cold food year-round? Maybe it's just my zip code. For some reason, it's like 80% of the time, Weee! is just a packaged food (e.g., ramen, condiments) retailer, while 20% of the time, they are a comprehensive Asian supermarket that ships literally everything (stinky, frozen, ultra-rare, the works). Well, either way, I've been extremely happy with the site. I've had to make a few refund requests for damaged goods, and the customer service is prompt. Also, the expiry dates have been excellent on almost all items I've ordered -- far superior to what I can find in my area Asian grocery stores.--I've placed about 20 orders on this site in the last 6 months or so, and every order has arrived perfectly. The only downside for me is that I live so far away from their ship location that the Ground shipping takes about 1.5 weeks. Despite the long transit, none of the products have arrived damaged, even though they don't always use padding. However, their exterior box is quite thick, so that helps.Price-wise, I would say that they are comparable to in-store prices, and these guys do carry some rare, obscure stuff. Also, they do a healthy sales rotation.I kind of wish they would offer coupons more often. For example, "Spend $200+ and get 15%" or something like this. I would totally be up for that. But then again, they do keep prices reasonable, so even if you pay full price, it's not painful.
