If i could leave a 0 starts i would.I call today for advice regarding a baby seagull who is clearly in pain and dragging its wing along the ground.to be told that unless i could capture it myself or the animal was not able to move they could do nothing to help as they didn't carry anything to capture it. The adviser was so unprofessional and actually should be ashamed of the advice given . This poor innocent animal will now be left to slowly suffer and die.
