For the 2nd order in a row, the driver did not follow instructions and left my food on the ground. I specifically instructed through the app to have face-to-face contact and a phone call upon delivery. When bringing the matter up with customer service rep Rodel, he would not refund the tip I gave the driver upon my request. The reason? Too many refunds processed to my account which was due to their lack of service. I am deleting the app/my account and am only leaving 1 star since I could not leave less. 0 stars in my book.
